Mike Pollio is a graduate of Louisville’s St. X High School, Bellarmine College, and the University of Louisville and would go on to have a highly successful college coaching career at Kentucky Wesleyan and Eastern Kentucky University before becoming senior associate athletic director at the University of Louisville where he was responsible for raising funds for UL’s Cardinal Stadium and other facilities on campus. Mike’s love of high school basketball brought him to the Kentucky High School Basketball Hall of Fame. As President and CEO of Mike Pollio Enterprises, he offered the services of his fundraising company for the effective Hall of Fame building campaign. Mike Pollio’s efforts on behalf of the KHSBHF led to the creation of a first-class Hall of Fame home.
