“As a fundraiser, you would like to have every seat sold in the gyms, but the Hall of Fame Classic was a huge success because we saw quality basketball and ran a first class tournament. My thanks go to the Director of the tournament Doug Barnes with special thanks to Rick Walters and Kenny Henderson for their help. This tournament would not be possible without the many volunteers that help put it on. I appreciate the teams and the coaches that participated. Besides watching good boys and girls high school basketball, the fun part for me was meeting the coaches, administrators, volunteers, and people behind the scenes that make a tournament of this size go. A year of work went into the planning and organizing of this event. Hats off to everyone involved!”
